The Wellness Center offers professional counselors who are available to assist students to engage in and promote a healthy way of living. The Center assists students in making healthy lifestyle choices through confidential consultation, skill building in sexuality education, stress management, nutrition, and alcohol and other drug education. Counseling services provide the most current, evidence-based psychotherapy including cognitive-behavioral therapy and biofeedback. Counselors hold the content of each session in the strictest confidence. The Wellness Center also offers health education presentations to classrooms, residence halls and campus organizations.
